Synopsis
The Micro Motion Meter Parts Project was advertised April 23, 2012 and closed May 24, 2012. The advertisement resulted in three respondents. None of the respondents have fully met the requirements defined in the solicitation. One was not responsive to the solicitation in that their bid included additional work that was not requested and there was no ability to remove the non-required work from the bid. The remaining two offers had prices that were far above the government's competitive range. The government's competitive range was established through a market search/review. The prices were obtained from commercial fabricators, distributors, and sole proprietors. Therefore the review team recommends that no award be made. The Government will re-evaluate its acquisition strategy.Contracting Office Address
