The DRAFT RFP and  applicable documents are available via Explicit Access.  To gain Explicit Access to this information, Contractor Personnel must be categorized within FBO with the proper NAICS Code for this requirement. To gain access to all of the explicit access documents (with the exception of the CLASSIFIED documents), please request via this FBO posting.

To gain Restricted Access to the CLASSIFIED documents, Contractor Personnel must be approved by DSS (and confirmed by USSOCOM) to store CLASSIFIED material up to the SECRET Level.
