Synopsis

The Government intends to award a competitive, commercial, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with fixed unit pricing for Tour Apparel for the Uniform Division. The period of performance shall be from date of award for 5 years.





The USSS intends on making a single award based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.



This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business concerns . The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 448110



Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at the Federal Business Opportunities Website at http://www.fbo.gov. This office will not issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency



All Bids are to be delivered in electronic format to neil.lanzendorf@usss.dhs.gov . Bids are due on May 11, 2012 at 5:00 PM EST. Reference number #HSSS01-12-Q-0084. (Faxes and hard copy proposals will not be accepted)
