Synopsis

Solicitation N00421-12-T-0279 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13,and FAR Part 52.211-6. This requirement is Set-Aside for total small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm.

Anticipated award is 05/22/2012. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received by 05/04/2012 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please quote all items or none.
