Synopsis

The National Park Service intends to solicit, evaluate, and award a sole-source firm-fixed-priced contract to Bergmann Associates Inc. for Title III architectural and engineering services located at Cuyahoga Valley National Park in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The work will consist of office services and consultation for the project to install a pedestrian bridge over the Cuyahoga River at Rockside Boarding area. Bergmann Associates Inc. is the engineer of record for the design development and construction documents for this project. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals and is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. The Government intends to solicit, evaluate, and award this is a sole source requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by 4 May 2012, 1:00 pm CST via email. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
