Synopsis

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Synopsis to provide the following: The Statement of Work (SOW) specifies the quantities, activities, and responsibilities for the purchase of Cargo Platform Health Environment (C-PHE), Field Demonstration Kits (FDKs) to be installed on CH-47F aircraft. The FDKs will be utilized by the Government to demonstrate and evaluate the hardware and software designed, developed, and integrated through efforts defined under Basic Ordering Agreement W58RG-04-G-0023 Task Order 0226 and contract W58RGZ-04-G-0023 Task Order 0216. Both hardware and software will be integrated into the CH-47F once qualified by testing and flight Airworthiness Release (AWR). Nonrecurring engineering (NRE) for both product packaging and Unique Individual Marking (UID) is included.
