This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

RECOVERY--Maintain recreational facilities and provide additional water safety ranger staffing to reduce the risk of failure and risk to the public at Sutton Lake, Sutton, WV. Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, supplies, material and supervision to Furnish, Deliver and Off-Load Landscaping Trees and Plants to the Bee Run Picnic Area of Sutton Lake, Sutton, WV as identified in the specifications and bid schedule for solicitation W91237-10-T-0008.
