Synopsis

The Contractor shall furnish all management, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect mold/mold spores/mildew/dust from Bldg 107 (Secured Building), WAAF, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors communication rooms (approximately 253 sq. ft per room), Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Perform all work in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Standards, current Federal, and State laws and regulations.

Completely remove mold/mildew/dust found on the 2nd and 3rd floors communication rooms (approximately 253 sq ft per room)to include interior walls surfaces, and ceiling tiles; 2nd floor communication room Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) air registers (2 each)/ air conditioning vents/grills; and check for microbial growth in the ductworks. Deep clean all flooring areas to include carpeted areas to remove embedded dust, spores and dirt. Damp wipe semi porous and hard surfaces with biocide solution.
