Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On March 31, 2008, Clark Wilson resigned, effective immediately, from his position as a director of Tejas Incorporated. Mr. Wilson informed Tejas Incorporated that he resigned in order to devote more time to his other professional demands, including those related to his responsibilities as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wilson Holdings, Inc.
