Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principle Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 9, 2008, Paul Martin resigned as one of the Executive Vice Presidents of CBRE Realty Finance, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately, to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Martin has been with the Company since its inception in May 2005.
