(b) On
August 27, 2008, Barry Williamson announced his resignation from his position as
a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Green Builders, Inc.,
effective immediately. On September 3, 2008, Christopher Ney
announced his resignation from his position as a member of the Board, effective
immediately.
