Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principle Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 8, 2008, Thomas Podgorski, an Executive Vice President of CBRE Realty Finance, Inc. (the “Company”) and the Company agreed that, effective immediately, Mr. Podgorski will leave the Company to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Podgorski has been with the Company since its inception in May 2005.
