AMICUS THERAPEUTICS INC ($FOLD) Officer James E. Dentzer Departs; John M. McAdam Named PAO/PFO/TREAS
In connection with the reduction in workforce discussed in Item 2.05, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, James E. Dentzer, is leaving the Company effective as of October 30, 2009. On October 28, 2009, the Company appointed John M. McAdam, Senior Director, Finance & Accounting and Corporate Controller of the Company, as its Principal Accounting and Principal Financial Officer and Treasurer.
