On November 1, 2009, and effective that date, Chadwick J. Byrd resigned as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Ambassadors Group, Inc. (the "Company"). On November 1, 2009, and effective that date, the Company appointed Kristi Gravelle to serve as the interim Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and the principal accounting officer of the Company.
