BICO INC ($BIKO) Director Simoun Ung Resigned, Derek E. Hjelm Named to Board
On October 27, 2009, Simoun Ung resigned from the board of directors of Mobiclear Inc. On October 30, 2009, Mobiclear's board of directors appointed Derek E. Hjelm, age 53, to fill the vacancy on Mobiclear's board of directors created by Mr. Ung's resignation.
