CLARK HOLDINGS INC ($GLA) PRES Charles H. Fischer III Promoted
On October 27, 2009, our wholly owned operating subsidiary, The Clark Group, Inc. ("CGI"), entered into an employment agreement (the "Employment Agreement") with Charles H. Fischer III, in connection with his promotion to president of CGI.
