Gene S. Bertcher Named CFO of TRANSCONTINENTAL REALTY INVESTORS INC ($TCI)
Effective November 2, 2009, the Board of Directors of Transcontinental Realty Investors, Inc. (the "Company" or the "Issuer" or "TCI") appointed Gene S. Bertcher to the additional position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
