SEALED AIR CORP ($SEE) SVP Robert A. Pesci to Retire
On May 11, 2009, Sealed Air Corporation (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K reporting Robert A. Pesci's decision to retire from the Company later in 2009. Effective October 30, 2009, Mr. Pesci has resigned as a Senior Vice President of the Company.
