PRESSTEK INC ($PRST): Stanley Freimuth, Jeffrey Cook Elected to Board, Director Frank D. Steenburgh Resigned

On November 4, 2009, Presstek, Inc. (the "Company") elected Stanley Freimuth and Jeffrey Cook, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, to the Company's Board of Directors. The Company also announced that Frank D. Steenburgh resigned from the Company's Board of Directors, effective November 4, 2009, to pursue other business activities.
