Victoria J. Reich Adds to Board of ECOLAB INC ($ECL)
Effective November 6, 2009, Ecolab's Board of Directors increased the size of the Board from 11 to 12 members and appointed Victoria J. Reich, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of United Stationers Inc., to the Ecolab Board pursuant to the recommendation of the Board's Governance Committee.
