Philip B. Flynn to Serve as CEO/PRES of ASSOCIATED BANC-CORP ($ASBC)
On November 16, 2009, Associated Banc-Corp (the "Company") announced that it had elected Philip B. Flynn to serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") effective December 1, 2009 or such earlier date as Mr. Flynn commences employment with the Company.
