DITECH NETWORKS INC ($DITC) COO Lowell Trangsrud Departing
On November 16, 2009, Ditech Networks, Inc. and Lowell Trangsrud, Chief Operating Officer of Ditech Networks, mutually agreed that Mr. Trangsrud's employment with Ditech Networks would cease, effective January 4, 2010.
