PARAGON SEMITECH USA, INC. Interim CFO John D. Kuhns Resigned, Lin Han Appointed CFO
Effective October 28, 2008, Mr. John D. Kuhns resigned from his position as the interim Chief Financial Officer of Paragon SemiTech USA, Inc. (the "Company"). Effective October 28, 2008, the Company's Board of Directors appointed Mr. Lin Han as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
