CBRE REALTY FINANCE INC Directors Michael J. Melody & David P. Marks to Resign
As stated in the Company's earnings press release, dated November 4, 2008, in contemplation with internalization, Michael J. Melody and David P. Marks have agreed to resign from the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective as of November 4, 2008. Mr. Melody and Mr. Marks have served on the Board since 2005.
