SECURECARE TECHNOLOGIES INC Director Tom Linhard Resigned
On November 16, 2008, Mr. Tom Linhard, a member of the Company's Board of Directors submitted a letter of resignation. Mr. Linhard's resignation was not due to any disagreement with any of the Company's policies or practices, but because certain aspects of the Company's business might conflict with his other business interests. Mr. Linhard was shown a copy of this report on Form 8-K before it was filed and given an opportunity to comment thereon. The Board has not filled the vacancy created by Mr. Linhard's resignation.
