On February 24, 2009, Logan B. Anderson resigned as the President, Secretary, Treasurer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Royalite Petroleum Company Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. Anderson resigned to pursue other business interests. Norris R. Harris, the Company's Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, was appointed the Company's President and D. James Fajack, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, was appointed the Company's Secretary and Treasurer in place of Mr. Anderson.
