On March 19, 2009, the Board of Directors of American Casino & Entertainment Properties LLC, or the Company, elected Edward W. Martin, III, our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and Steven Angel, a managing director of Goldman Sachs, to our Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Angel was also appointed to our Audit and Compensation committees.
