SAHARA MEDIA HOLDINGS, INC. PRES Timothy Kelly Departed
On May 7, 2009, Sahara Media Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") eliminated the position of President (which had served as the Company's principal operating officer), as part of the Company's ongoing efforts to increase efficiencies. As a result, Timothy Kelly, the Company's President, left the Company effective May 7, 2009 and will not be replaced.
