APPLIED NANOTECH HOLDINGS, INC CEO/Director Thomas F. Bijou Resigned
On May 11, 2009, the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Thomas F. Bijou as Chief Executive Officer of the Company for personal reasons. Mr. Bijou also resigned as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of the Company.
