SALISBURY BANCORP INC CHAIRMAN/CEO John F. Perotti to Retire
As previously announced on December 31, 2008, effective June 8, 2009, John F. Perotti, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Salisbury Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") and Salisbury Bank and Trust Company (the "Bank"), the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, will retire as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank.
