ZION OIL & GAS INC Director Martin Van Brauman Resigned
On June 30, 2009, in connection with the natural expiration of his employment agreement with Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. (the "Company"), Mr. Martin Van Brauman also resigned from his position as a director of the Company.
