Nikolay Bogachev, J. Thomas Wilson Elected to Board of MAGELLAN PETROLEUM CORP
In connection with the YEP Purchase Agreement, at a Board meeting held on May 27, 2009, the Company's Board adopted resolutions: (a) conditionally amending the Company's Bylaws to expand the size of the Board; and (b) conditionally electing Messrs. Nikolay Bogachev and J. Thomas Wilson to the Board as Class II directors, each to serve a term of office expiring at the Company's 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
