William E. Weber Appointed Director of WILSON HOLDINGS, INC.
On September 28, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Green Builders, Inc. (the "Company") increased the size of the Board from three to four members and appointed William E. Weber to fill the newly created seat. Mr. Weber is an independent director of the Company, as such term is defined in the American Stock Exchange ("AMEX") rules. Mr. Weber will also serve on the Board's Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and the Nominating Committee.
